FORT WORTH, TEXAS - November 3 , 2008 - Roland|Criss announced today that Rogers & Associates, an affiliate of The Rogers Companies based in Fort Worth, Texas, has achieved the recordkeeper certification offered by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries ("ASPPA"). The ASPPA certification program is based on an independent audit of a recordkeeper's ability to support plan sponsor and plan participant requirements. Audited by Roland|Criss, this is the only certification that strives to attest to the highest level of recordkeeping excellence.

In its continued effort to achieve a standard of excellence and promote trustworthiness through a stringent audit process among retirement plan recordkeepers and third party administrators (collectively "Recordkeepers"), an ASPPA task force established 17 critical practices with over 100 separate criteria against which Recordkeeper certification audits would be conducted. The purpose of ASPPA's program is to help plan sponsors identify recordkeeping firms that have passed a rigorous test of their fiduciary support capability.

"The ASPPA certification is different from other industry credentials because it's based on a third party audit process which is performed annually," said Ron E. It is the first standard of its type and is essential for measuring conduct, promoting competence, and attesting to trustworthiness."

In addition to achieving the ASPPA certification, Rogers Capital Management, Inc., the registered investment advisory unit of The Rogers Companies, received its CEFEX certification in October 2007. Roland|Criss performed the CEFEX audit on Rogers Capital Management, Inc., which was a test of the organization against 23 defined investment fiduciary practices.
