 Ron W. Hagan is Executive Vice President for Roland|Criss. He is an experienced leader in creating and preserving corporate value for Roland|Criss, its clients, and partners. Mr. Hagan oversees day-to-day operations, client service delivery, and strategic partnerships. Through continued refinements and value additions, Mr. Hagan is dedicated to developing easy to use client solutions that bear the highest level of fiduciary assurance.
Ron is a member of Roland|Criss' Fiduciary Standards Committee. In this role, he helps maintain quality control standards for our firm's operational assessments for the foundation community and audits for CEFEX's global fiduciary certification programs..
Prior to joining Roland|Criss in 2001, Mr. Hagan served as a corporate development specialist in the healthcare sector. He was instrumental in serving the boards of directors and shareholders for two publicly traded healthcare companies.
From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Hagan was with Concentra, Inc., which today is the nation's leading comprehensive outsource solution for containing healthcare and disability costs. Mr. Hagan was responsible for the acquisition of occupational health practices that were owned and operated by independent practitioners and/or hospitals. In addition, Mr. Hagan was responsible for developing and managing joint venture partnerships with industry leading hospitals.
Prior to his work with Concentra, Mr. Hagan served in a similar capacity with Monarch Dental Corporation, an industry leading consolidator of group dental practices. He was responsible for the implementation of Monarch's acquisition strategy throughout the United States.
Ron received a Bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University. He also holds the Certified Foundation Fiduciary Specialist™ (CFFS™) designation issued by the Investment Fiduciary Leadership Council, Inc. The CFFS demonstrates an individual's mastery of how the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (UPMIFA) affects the policies, procedures, and operations of endowments and foundations. |
